I am glad it helped, and I'd like to mention and article I wrote the other day, "Exit 39",in which I mentioned a saying my friends and I use often:

Don't quit 5 minutes before the miracle, it literally may change completely any instant, or gradually but each day, until your self love returns, or the struggles you are dealing are resolved. We can let others love us , until we can love ourselves when we find ourselves i what I call the black hole.
